What Are My LHR Options?

Pay Per Session

Small and medium areas must be spaced out for 4–6 weeks between sessions. Large and XL areas need 6–12 weeks in between sessions. As you undergo several sessions of your treatments, the hair growth will decrease, and you may be asked to wait longer between sessions. You and your laser provider will determine what is right for you. Single sessions start as low as $40 for a small area.

LHR Membership - $135

Recommended for clients looking to treat multiple areas. For $135, you get 30 minutes of treatment time in any area. Treatments are spaced out 4–12 weeks apart. Example: Leg treatment can be scheduled for one month, followed by a Brazilian or Bikini treatment the next month, and so on.

Q & A - Pre & Post Care

Pre Care

Shave the area to be treated; wait at least 4 weeks after waxing, plucking, or using depilatories before starting.
Avoid waxing, plucking, or using depilatory products during the series of treatments.
Avoid sun exposure for longer than 30 minutes in the area 21 days before treatment and use SPF 30 daily.
Avoid self-tanning products 3 weeks before and 1 week after treatment.
Discontinue Tretinoin-type products (Renova, Retin-A, Tri-Luma, etc.) or Hydroquinone 21 days prior.
Wait at least 12 months after Accutane before treatment.
Pregnant or breastfeeding clients must wait until they are no longer pregnant/breastfeeding.
Disclose any sun-sensitive medications or conditions.
History of cold sores: initiate prophylactic treatment at least 1 day prior.
Remember: Laser hair reduction is never 100%; standard reduction is 75–90%.

Post Care

Expect small red bumps around follicles; do not pick, rub, or scratch.
Skin may be sensitive for several days.
For scabs, crusts, or burns, gently cleanse and apply hydrocortisone or antibiotic ointment.
Avoid sunbathing or tanning beds for at least 2 weeks; use SPF 50+.
Avoid swimming, hot tubs, and saunas for several days.
Hair may take several weeks to fall out; multiple sessions are required.
Subsequent sessions: 6–8 weeks for face, 8–12 weeks for body.
Rare infections: monitor and contact the office if necessary.
